Policies and Procedures
What is your cancellation policy?
At Eastside Arts Studio & Theater Collective (EAST), our programs are intentionally small and enrollment is limited. When you register, your child’s spot is reserved exclusively for your family.
Because of this, we are unable to offer full refunds once a session begins.
Cancellations for Sessions/Classes.
• A $30 administrative cancellation fee applies to any cancellation made prior to the first day of the session.
• Cancellations requested before the session begins will receive a refund minus the $30 fee.
• Once the session has started, tuition is non-refundable.
• In certain circumstances, a studio credit may be issued at our discretion.
Studio credits may be applied toward future classes or programs and must be used within the current school year unless otherwise noted.
Summer Camps and Intensives
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the first day of camp will receive a refund minus a $30 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of camp are non-refundable.
• If a spot can be filled from a waitlist, a partial credit may be considered.
What is the policy for missed classes?
What happens when classes are cancelled by EAST Collective?
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for individual missed classes. Tuition reflects enrollment in the full session rather than attendance at individual class dates.
If EAST must cancel a class or camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer into another program.
