The Collection Club
One drop-off. A fuller creative afternoon.
The Collective Club is flexible creative care for children enrolled in afternoon classes at EAST Collective.
Drop your child off beginning at 3:00 PM, and our team will welcome them into the Club, take them to their scheduled EAST class, and bring them back afterward. Children may remain with us until pickup, with care available through 6:00 PM.
It is a simple way to make your child’s class part of a longer, more connected afternoon—without needing to leave and return between programs.
Who Can Join?
Collective Club is currently available to children enrolled in eligible EAST Collective afternoon programming.
Because children will be moving between the Club and several different classes, space is intentionally limited. Enrollment helps us plan staffing, snacks, materials, and safe transitions for each afternoon.
School pickup and transportation to EAST are not currently provided. Families will drop off and pick up directly at EAST Collective.
Scheduling your Child’s Time
After enrollment, an EAST Collective team member will reach out to gather the details we need for your child’s regular Collective Club schedule, including:
Arrival time
Scheduled EAST class
Pickup time
Approved pickup adults
Allergy, snack, and care information
Your reserved schedule helps us staff each afternoon responsibly and make transitions to and from class as smooth as possible. Additional care time may be requested when space allows.
FAQ’s
Do I have to use Collective Club for the entire afternoon?
No. Families reserve and pay for only the care time they need before and after class.
Will I be charged while my child is in class?
No. Your child’s class tuition covers their scheduled program. Collective Club billing pauses while they are attending class.
Can my child attend Collective Club without taking an EAST class?
Collective Club is currently designed as a benefit for children enrolled in eligible EAST afternoon classes.
Can I change my child’s regular schedule?
Schedule adjustments may be requested in advance and will depend on available space and staffing. Reserved time may still be charged when changes or cancellations are made after the stated deadline.
How many children can participate?
Collective Club will begin with a small number of spaces each afternoon so that our team can offer attentive care and safely manage class transitions.
What time does Collective Club close?
All children must be picked up by 6:00 PM
